Section 159. Non-appealable orders.

159. The following orders shall be non-appealable:- (1) order for exemption from period of limitation for a memorandum of appeal or application for review under 192[section 5 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908]. (2) order rejecting an application for revision or review.
