Section 37. Rules relating to lopping of Sendhi and toddy and tapping trees to apply to trees belonging to 58[Government].

37. Rules and orders relating to the 57[XXX] lopping of sendhi and toddy trees which are now in force or may hereafter be enforced by the 58[Government] by notification shall apply to trees belonging to the 58[Government] only. Lopping of trees belonging to Pattadar and use of leaves, fruits and wood shall be exempted from such restrictions and orders.
