Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement.

1. (1) This Act may be called 2the Telangana Land Revenue (Enhancement) Act, 1967. (2) It extends to the whole of the 2State of Telangana. (3) (i) This Act, except section 3 (in so far as it relates to the class of lands specified in section 4), section 4 and section 6, shall be deemed to have come into force on the first day of July 1962. (ii) Section 3 (in so far as it relates to the class of lands specified in section 4), section 4 and section 6 shall be deemed to have come into force on the first day of July, 1967.
