Section 8. Appeal.

8. Any person aggrieved by an order passed by the Tahsildar under section 7 may within thirty days from the date of service on him of the order, appeal to the Revenue Divisional Officer, who shall pass such order as he, may think fit, confirming, modifying or annulling the order appealed against.
