Section 16. Notice of death.

16. (1) Every Registrar of Births and Deaths on receiving notice of the death of a registered practitioner, shall forthwith transmit to the Registrar appointed under this Act, a certificate under his own hand and seal of such death giving the time and place thereof. (2) On receipt of such certificate or other reliable information regarding such death, the Registrar appointed under this Act, shall remove the name of the deceased practitioner from the register.
