Section 18. Issue of duplicate certificate of registration.

18. Where it is shown to the satisfaction of the Registrar that a certificate of registration has been lost, destroyed, mutilated or defaced, the Registrar may, on payment of the prescribed fee, issue a duplicate certificate in the prescribed form.
