Section 8. Obligation of licensees and registered proprietors to keep books of account and to submit returns.

8. Every licensee and every registered proprietor shall- (a) keep books of account in the prescribed form; (b) submit returns showing- (i) the quality and quantity of mica purchased or sold by or through him, as the case may be; and (ii) the names and addresses of the purchasers or sellers, as the case may be who were parties to the transactions of buying or selling to such officer, in such form and at such times as may be prescribed.
