State Act

The Telangana Muttah, Jattu, Hamal and other Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1976.

1. (1) This Act may be called the 2Telangana Muttah, Jattu, Hamal and other Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1976. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of 2Telangana. (3) It applies to the employments specified in the Schedule thereto. (4) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different areas, for different employments, and for different provisions of this Act.
