Section 12. Validity of proceedings of Board. The Telangana Muttah, Jattu, Hamal and other Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1976.

12. No act or proceeding of the Board shall be questioned of or invalidated merely by reason of any vacancy in its membership or by reason of any defect in the constitution thereof.
