Section 1. Short title and commencement. The National Academy of Legal Studies and Research University Act, 1998.

1. (1) This Act may be called the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research University Act, 1998.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 15th June, 1998.
