Section 7. Removal and restoration of names.

7. Subject to such conditions and in such manner as may be prescribed, the Council may refuse to enter the name of any nurse, midwife 12[auxiliary nurse-midwife or health visitor] in the register or remove the name of any nurse, midwife 12[auxiliary nurse-midwife or health visitor] from register or restore thereto the name of any nurse, midwife 12[auxiliary nurse-midwife or health visitor] so removed.
