Section 3. Constitution of the University.
P.V. Narsimha Rao Telangana Veterinary University Act, 2005.
3. (1) There shall be constituted in, and for, the State of 6Telangana, a University by the name of 7[P.V. Narsimha Rao Telangana Veterinary University] which shall consist of a Chancellor, a Vice-Chancellor, a Board of Management and an Academic Council. (2) The University shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by the said name. (3) In all suits and other legal proceedings by or against the University, the pleadings shall be signed and verified by the Registrar and all processes in such suit and proceedings shall be issued to, and served on him. 7[(4) The Headquarters of the University shall be at Rajendranagar, Hyderabad.]
