Section 121. Appeal from the order of Gram Panchayat.

121. (1) An appeal shall lie to the District Collector from,- (a) any order of the Gram Panchayat granting, refusing, suspending or revoking a license or permission; (b) any other order of the Gram Panchayat that may be made appealable by rules made under section 286.
