1[65A. (1) The Sub-Registrar shall instantly update the Record of Rights with changed details of transferred Non-agricultural Property as mentioned in Registered Sale Deed, Gift, Succession or through any other method of law, in Gram Panchayat records through Dharani portal, on payment of fee as prescribed by Government. Explanation : “Dharani” means the digital platform created and maintained for the purpose of Record of Rights. (2) The transferor of the property shall produce a No Due Certificate from Gram Panchayat and such other authorities that Government may prescribe for the purpose of registration. (3) Sub-Registrar shall verify the identity of seller, purchaser and all persons in case of succession, as prescribed by Government. (4) The Records of Rights of properties in Gram Panchayats shall be integrated with Registration Department on their online portal as prescribed by the Government.]
