Section 11-B. Accommodation to members of the Legislative Assembly [and the Legislative Council].

112[11-B. 113[(1) Every Member of the Legislative Assembly 114[or the Legislative Council] who does not hold any of the offices referred to in sections 3, 4, 5, 12-A and 12-B shall be entitled without payment of rent, electricity and water charges to the use of furnished accommodation at Hyderabad, provided by the State Government: 115[Provided that where any such member does not use the accommodation provided by the State Government under this sub-section, such member shall be paid an accommodation allowance at the rate of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand), per mensem.] (2) The State Government may make rules regarding: (a) the nature of accommodation and the scales of furniture and other facilities to be provided under this section for members; 116[(b) [xxx]]
