Section 20. Transfer from one certified institution to another.

20. (1) The Chief Inspector may direct that any person detained in a certified institution may be transferred therefrom to another certified institution. (2) In directing such transfer, the Chief Inspector shall have due regard to the medical report referred to in sub-section (3) of section 4 and the directions, if any, made by the court under sub-section (6) of section 6.
