Section 15. Protection of action in good faith. The Telangana Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Communal Offenders Act, 1984.

15. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or any officer or person, for anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act.
