Section 2. Definitions. The Telangana Preventive Detention Act, 1970.
Act no. 1 of 1970 1970 In force Telangana (State Act)
2. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-
(a) “detention order” means an order made under section 3;
(b) “Government” means the State Government.
