32. Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to preclude,- (a) the 51[Telangana State Beverages Corporation Limited / Agency] to carry on trade in liquor in accordance with rules made in this behalf; (b) the buying and selling of liquor carried on by the military canteens in the State under any licence granted in accordance with the provisions of the 49Telangana Excise Act, 1968 and the rule made thereunder; and 52[(c) the consumption and utilization of medicines, toilet preparations and other food material containing alcohol.] 53[Explanation:- Liquor for the purposes of this section does not include arrack.]
