Section 12. Filling up of casual vacancies of the members of the Zilla Grandhalaya Samstha.

12. A vacancy occurring in the office of a nominated 31[XXX] member of a Zilla Grandhalaya Samstha before the expiration of his term shall be filled by nomination 31[XXX] of another person in the manner provided in section 10, and the person so nominated 31[XXX] shall hold office for the residue of the term of his predecessor.
