Section 7. Constitution of Committees.

7. The Corporation may, from time to time, constitute a Committee, or Committees out of its members specified in sub-section (1) of section 4 consisting of such number of them as it may think proper and may delegate to such Committee or Committees such powers of the Corporation as it may deem fit for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
