Section 37. Estate Officer.

37. The Estate Officer shall be responsible for execution of civil works and maintenance of the Buildings, all civic amenities, roads fencing, play grounds, parks and lands of the University other than the land comprising the horticultural and other farms and such other functions as may be prescribed.
