Section 61. Delegation of Powers.

61. The Board may, by Statutes made in this behalf delegate to any officer or authority of the University any of the powers conferred on it, by or under this Act, to be exercised by such officer or authority, subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be specified in such Statutes.
