1. (1) This Act may be called the 2Telangana State Aid to Industries Act, 1976. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of 2Telangana. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint. (4) It applies to cottage, Small-Scale and Village Industries.
