Section 9. Filling of Application Forms.

9. (1) All applications for clearances shall be submitted with the required fees in the prescribed manner to the Nodal Agency of appropriate committee. (2) The applications shall be forwarded by the Nodal Agency to the competent authority for processing and disposal.
