Section 1. Short title and commencement. The Telangana State Legislature (Vacation of Seat on Simultaneous Membership) Act, 1959.

1. (1) This Act may be called the 2Telangana State Legislature (Vacation of Seat on Simultaneous Membership) Act, 1959.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of July, 1958.
