Section 12. Power to remove difficulties.

12. If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act or of 11[the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 (Act II of 1956)] 12[the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) District Municipalities Act, 1920,] 8[the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) District Boards Act, 1920], the Indian Motor Vehicles Act, 1914, or 10[the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1931,] as amended by this Act, the State Government, as occasion may, require, may, by order, do anything which appears to them to be necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
