1. (1) This Act may be called the 2Telangana Water Resources Development Corporation Act, 1997. (2) It shall extend to all the River Valleys in the State of 2Telangana and other area or areas, as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 18th January, 1997.
