Section 44. Transfer of the Government Institutions and assets to the University.

44. (1) The Government may, at any time, after the commencement of this Act, transfer to the University the control and management of and of their institutions or and assets on such terms and conditions as may be deemed proper. (2) The courses and curricular shall be those prescribed.
