34. Power to make Statutes. (1) The first Statutes as specified in the Second Schedule shall be continued till they are superseded by new Statutes. (2) The new or additional Statutes shall be made by the Central Government either suo motu or on the recommendation of the Executive Council, at any point of time and as deemed fit.
