37. Regulations. Any authority under section 20 may make Regulation, consistent with the provisions of this Act, the Statutes and the Ordinances made thereunder, for the conduct of its own business and every Regulation so made shall be submitted, as soon as may be after it is made, to the Executive Council for information.
