This Act was repealed on 20 December 2018 by the Tripura Clinical Establishment (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2018 (Tripura Act 16 of 2018), s.28(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Tripura Clinical Establishments Act, 1976. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Tripura. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
