Section 11. Auxiliary Fire and Emergency Services

11. Auxiliary Fire and Emergency Services Whenever, it appears to the State Government that it is necessary to augment the Fire and Emergency Services, it may raise an auxiliary service by enrolment of volunteers like Civil Defence, Aapda Mitra and others as it deems fit for such area and on such terms and conditions as may be specified by the State Government from time to time.
