14. Personnel & scale of equipment The Head of Department of Fire and Emergency Services or Fire Officer shall ensure deployment of Fire and Emergency Services, resources, equipment and fire personnel on stand-by duties during any fire response or any other emergency in such manner as may be specified by Rules.
