4. Superintendence of Fire and Emergency Services The superintendence and control of the Tripura Fire and Emergency Services throughout the State shall vest in the Director of Fire and Emergency Services or such other officer as may be notified by the State Government as the Head of Department of Fire and Emergency Services and shall be administered by the Director of Fire and Emergency Services or such other officer in accordance with the provisions of this Act or any Rules made thereunder.
