Section 47. Fee on deployment of Fire and Emergency Services beyond the limits of the State

47. Fee on deployment of Fire and Emergency Services beyond the limits of the State Employees of the Fire and Emergency Services may be sent beyond the limits of any area in which this Act is in force for voluntary services of emergency nature, in order to extinguish a fire in the neighborhood of such limits on the request of any State Government, local body or other Fire and Emergency Services authority, subject to prior approval of the concerned authority, in such manner as may be prescribed by Rules.
