51. Deployment to other areas The Director of Fire and Emergency Services or such officer appointed by State Government as Head of Department of Fire and Emergency Services or any Fire Officer authorized by the State Government in this behalf may, on the occasion of a fire or other emergency in any neighboring area in which this Act is not in force, may order the dispatch of the employees of the Fire and Emergency Services with necessary appliances and equipment, to carry out fire- fighting or rescue operations in such neighboring area on reciprocal basis under the provisions of section 50 of this Act.
