Section 55. Police officers and others to aid

55. Police officers and others to aid During fire-fighting or rescue operations or any other duties related to seizure, detention or removal of any goods involving risk of fire, it shall be the duty of the police personnel deputed in the area to assist and aid the Director of Fire and Emergency Services or such Fire Officer in performance of such duties under this Act.
