Section 57. Death of member of Fire and Emergency Services

57. Death of member of Fire and Emergency Services In the event of death of a member of the Fire and Emergency Services, other than a Gazetted officer, while on duty, the State Government shall pay such amount to the next of kin as funeral expenses as the State Government may by an order determine.
