Section 59. Calling of returns, reports, statements, etc.

59. Calling of returns, reports, statements, etc. The State Government may call for such returns, reports and statements on any subject connected with fire prevention and fire safety, maintenance of order and performance of duties by the Director of Fire and Emergency Services, fire officers, operational employees, other employees and subordinate operational staff, and the same shall be furnished immediately.
