Section 190. Court-fees. The Tripura Land Revenue and Land Reforms Act, 1960

190. Court-fees.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Courtfees Act, 1870 (7 of 1870), every application, appeal or other proceeding under this Act shall bear a court-fee stamp of such value as may be prescribed.
