1. (1) This Act may be called “The Tripura Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage to property) Act, 2013”.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Tripura.
(3) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
