Section 6. Age limit in connection with driving of rickshaw

6. Age limit in connection with driving of rickshaw (1) No person under the age of eighteen years shall drive or draw a rickshaw in any public place; (2) The owner of a rickshaw shall not have the same driven or drawn by a person of less than eighteen years of age; (3) No licence or driving licence shall be issued to any person to drive or draw a rickshaw of any class, unless he is eligible under this section.
