Section 15. Supervisory Power of the Registrar and Finance Officer.

This Act was repealed on 2 July 2007 by the Tripura University Act, 2006, s.48(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
15. The Registrar, shall be the Principal Administrative Officer of the University. Provided that in their respective spheres of duties and subject to supervision, direction and control of the Vice-Chancellor, the Registrar and the Finance Officer shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, have the power of supervision and control over all officers and employees serving in departments under their charge and shall exercise such disciplinary power as may be conferred on them by or under this Act or by Statutes or Ordinances.
