Section 34. Standing Committee for selection of officers or employees.

This Act was repealed on 2 July 2007 by the Tripura University Act, 2006, s.48(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
34. The Syndicate may Constitute Standing Committee or Standing Committees for selection of persons for appointment to the posts of officers and other non-teaching posts and may, subject to the provisions of this Act, prescribed by Ordinances the procedure and the method of such selection.
