Section 1 THE TRIPURA URBAN PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT, 2018
Act no. 12 of 2018 2018 In force Tripura (State Act)
1. i. The act may be called the Tripura Urban Planning and Development Act, 2018.
ii. It shall extend to the whole of the State of Tripura.
iii. It shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
