96. (i) Any decision of the Expert Committee under clauses (d) to (k) (both inclusive) and clauses ((n), (o), (p) (r), (s) and (t) of sub-section (iii) of section 94 shall be forthwith communicated to the party concerned including the Authority and any party aggrieved by such decision may, within sixty days from the date of communication of the decision, prefer an appeal to the Tribunal of Appeal constituted under section 97. (ii) The provisions of sections 5, 12 and 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963 (Central Act 36 of 1963) shall apply to appeals submitted under this section.
