Section 4. First appointment of Vice-Chancellor and staff The Atal Bihari VajpayeeMedical University Uttar Pradesh Act 2018

4. (1) First Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Government for two years.
(2) The Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Medical Superintendent (s) of Hospitals may be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor from amongst the Professors of the University.
