Section 40. Repairs of streets vested in the Board. The Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad Adhiniyam, 1965

40. Repairs of streets vested in the Board.
Whenever ht e Board allows any street vested in it to be used for public traffic, it shall keep the street in good repair and do all things necessary for the safety and convenience of persons using it.
