Section 3. Establishment of the University THE AXIS UNIVERSITY UTTAR PRADESH ACT, 2011

3. Establishment of the University
(1) There shall be established at Rooma, Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh a University by the Society by the name of the Axis University Uttar Pradesh.
(2) The University shall be a body corporate.
